How to Edit Attendance Records from Present to Absent

In case of mistakenly recording someone as present when they were absent during attendance recording, you have the ability to rectify that error by providing a valid reason for that mistake.


  1. In the "Attendance" section, choose the "Present" status from the dropdown menu for the Attendance status.



  1. Click on the three dots located beneath the Action button next to the specific staff member whose attendance status you want to modify. From the list of options, select “Edit


  1. Choose the "Absent" status from the dropdown menu for the Attendance status



  1. Provide the reason for the edit in the provided field, then click on "Update Attendance Status" to confirm the changes made to the staff member's attendance status.




  1. Upon successful edit, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that the edit was completed successfully.
