How to Assign a Department to an Employee
To assign a department to an existing employee in SmartSapp, follow these steps:
Click on "Management" from the module selector

From the left navigation menu, click on "Employees" to view the list of employees.

From the list, locate the specific employee you want to assign a department to.

Once you've located the employee, click on the action button and select "Edit"

Scroll down within the employee form to locate the "Department" field.

Click on the dropdown menu next to the "Department" field and choose the appropriate
department for the employee.

After selecting the preferred department, click on the "Save" button to apply the new department
assignment to the employee.

Repeat these steps as needed to update department assignments for other employees.
